Further, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from Henley, where he was awarded the Hidden Hero’s Scholarship. He has international experience, including the Global Entrepreneur Summer School and the New Normal in Education Post-COVID-19 Conference. He also holds a BSc in Human Life Sciences with Psychology (Stell), a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (UCT), a Post Graduate Certificate in Robotics (Unisa) and a Bed Hons in Educational Management, Systems and Law (NWU). Felix brings a holistic understanding to philanthropy. This academic foundation ensures that our approach is informed, innovative, and aligned with global best practices.

Felix's journey includes successfully managing major gift fundraising campaigns, leading operations for youth empowerment programs, and founding Split Second Science Education Foundation, rebranded to Siyafunda Education Foundation —an organisation dedicated to providing access to STEM education in rural area’s.
